Coach’s get personalized supervision support based on clients feedback from the coaching experience. This helps the coach to demonstrate their mastery of coaching skills plus intuitive ability to adapt their style in relation to the client’s learning preferences and persona.

  • Coach4Excellence is an ICF® Level 1 and Level 2 Accredited Coaching Education Service Provider in Good Global Standing
  • Coach4Excellence will provide 250 individuals Globally its signature program Certified ADVanced Coaching Professional (CACP) – ICF(R) L2 coaching education comprising of 125 hours of formative training followed by 10 hours of Mentor Coaching & 20 hours of Process Supervision.

Coach4Excellence uses an integrated instructional design to hold your attention through Videos, Audios, Case studies, Games, Live Demos, & Real plays.

Objective :
       To coach 2500 individuals globally to express their greatest possibility and thereby impact their lives and their families positively.
Plan :
  • Enrol & Attend ICF(R) L2 coaching education comprising of 125 hours of formative training followed by 10 hours of Mentor Coaching, & 20 hours of Coaching Supervision.
  • Enlist at least 10 individuals in your geography for Coaching GIFT.
  • All Trained Individuals will in turn GIFT Coaching to a minimum of 10 individuals in their geography for a minimum of 10 hours each person
  • Coaches to collect confidential feedback per Coach4Excellence requirement at various intervals
  • Coaches will write Reflection Journal following the coaching session, submit to Coach4Excellence and receive supervision support for development
  • On successful completion of the 100 hours practice & mentor coaching, all participants will be assessed for Coach Concept Knowledge and Coaching Skills via Online Questionnaire & Coaching Skills Performance Evaluation
  • On Successful Completion of the Program, all successful individuals will be awarded Coach4Excellence – Certified ADVanced Coaching Professional Certificate to meet ICF® PCC Requirements via L2 Route
  • Successful participants have the option of applying to ICF(R) for ACC credential upon acquiring 100 hours of coaching practice following the successful completion of coaching education.
