1. Leadership Coaching Fundamentals – Assess & Aware
2. Exemplary Leadership Practices – Visioning, Shared Values, Role Modeling, Enabling, Challenging, Motivating, & Problem Solving.
3. Designing Leadership Coaching
4. Coaching for Sustained Leadership Behavioral Change
5. Coaching Lab – 16 hours + 3 observed sessions – Synchronous
6. 12 hours of Asynchronous coaching coupled with Journaling and Reporting for Supervision
