Admission Criteria: All those who have completed
C4E ‘Certified ADVanced Coaching Professional Program’ OR Completed a Minimum of 125 hours ICF® ACTP / ACSTH training from other listed ICF Training Providers
Curriculum:
- Fundamentals & Implications of Behavioral Coaching
- Understanding the concept of Behavior as a consequence of the interplay of Cognition, Affective & Being Dimensions
- Structuring a Behavioral Coaching Process for Individuals & Groups
- Client Education – Administrative & Professional Contracting
- Assessing Social Behavioral Styles and its impact on the client’s constituents – Interviews & Assessment (W M Marston’s 4 Factor Or D Merrill’s Social Styles)
- Feedback & Development of Behavioral change models – customizing the coaching to meet client’s change need
- Designing the coaching intervention for client’s personal growth & results
- Implementation of coaching intervention
- Measuring the growth & results
- Coaching Lab – 16 hours + 3 observed sessions – Synchronous hours of Asynchronous coaching coupled with Journaling and
- Reporting for Supervision
